Dear Mountaineers,

While it is easy to get caught up in all of the news of how difficult it has become to invest offshore, particularly for those US citizens trying to diversify their assets and the places they hold them, the fact is that there is still indeed a very bright future in international investing.

It is with that thought in mind that we want to invite you to our expanded BFI Inner Circle Wealth Forum, taking place on September 29th and 30th at the beautiful JW Marriott Las Vegas Resort and Spa in Summerlin, Nevada. We extended our usual Briefing program to two days based on the multitude of requests from past attendees who wished for more time to soak up the information…while also wanting more casual interaction with our speakers.

And your registration includes a ticket to see a show from a troupe that made Las Vegas famous: Cirque du Soleil!

With our goal of being your trusted ally overseas, BFI continues to find growth in the challenges posed by money-starved governments and ever-growing regulation. Opportunities continue to exist, and BFI will continue growing its services not only in the investment options themselves, but for ALL of your needs when it comes to the offshore world. And we want to share those ideas with you at this Wealth Forum!

I know what you are thinking: why is BFI’s Forum going to take place in Las Vegas? We felt Las Vegas was not only a centrally located and easy-to-reach location in the western United States, but we found a venue that will appeal to Vegas lovers and haters alike. Our Forum will take place at the JW Marriott in Summerlin, which is 15-20 minutes off the Vegas Strip. While you can still have access to everything Las Vegas has to offer, palm trees, golf courses and the backdrop of the Red Rock Canyon will surround you at the JW. We’ve found a great location for both work and fun.

Guiding you through this Inner Circle Wealth Forum will be our CEO, Frank Suess, as well as our Chief Investment Officer, Dirk Steinhoff. Claudio Grass, the managing director of Global Gold, and James Duggan, principal of Duggan Bertsch LLC, will round out our excellent panel. Consider this as having all of your investment bases covered.

And it is our great pleasure to announce that Mr. Jeff Deist, president of the Mises Institute, will also be on hand for a keynote speech. You might know Jeff and the Mises Institute for their dedicated promotion of Austrian economics. But you might not know that Jeff previously worked as a long-time advisor and Chief of Staff to none other than Ron Paul.

Please click the following link for Information and Registration to the Briefing. We are offering Early Bird registration fees during the month of August, as well as special discounts when you bring friends or family.

Registration for the Forum not only includes the usual materials, luncheon and coffee breaks, but this time you will get to see one of Cirque du Soleil’s exciting shows on the evening of September 29th. We’ll have time for cocktails before our arranged transportation will take us to the Vegas Strip where you’ll enjoy the type of show that made Las Vegas famous.

We’ve already started taking reservations, so don’t hesitate to contact us. As always, we limit attendance to 50 participants. If you have any questions regarding the Briefing, how to register, etc., please send an email to Scott Schamber or Sibylle Kessler at

We’ll see you in Las Vegas and look forward to being your guide to the offshore opportunities that exist!
